Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least one week prior to an event will receive a credit towards a future CCMO event. A credit voucher will be issued to the member requesting a refund. It will be the individual member's responsibility to hold and redeem the voucher. No credit will be given for cancellations received less than one week prior to an event. If received in writing Conference materials will be mailed to those members who cancel less than one week prior to an event, upon request.

If an attendee must leave an event early, it will be treated as a cancellation received less than one week prior to an event, and no credit voucher will be issued.

Credit vouchers may be redeemed for events of equal or lesser value, or can be combined with cash to pay for events of greater value.

If a voucher is redeemed for an event of lesser value, the balance of the voucher will be forfeited. Vouchers for the remainder will not be issued.

Under no circumstances will vouchers be redeemed for cash.
