Ben is dedicated to resolving disputes using mediation.  Ben currently works as both a private mediator and as a contract mediator with the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution.  In addition to mediating, Ben dedicates his time to crafting policies and approaches aimed at better assisting parties and families through times of distress.  Ben believes that a negotiation centered process provides parties with an opportunity to more productively and openly discuss their needs and concerns.  This process allows parties to more frequently reach lasting agreements.

Prior to his work in family law, Ben served in the Clinton Administration and as director of communications for both a major political action committee and a US Congressional campaign.  Through his exposure to disputes within the world of politics, Ben saw the effectiveness of reaching agreements through negotiation rather than litigation.

Ben attended the George Washington University in Washington, DC and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. as a contractBen is dedicated to resolving disputes using mediation.  Ben currently works as both a private mediator and as a contract mediator with the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution.  In addition to mediating, Ben dedicates his time to crafting policies and approaches aimed at better assisting parties and families through times of distress.  Ben believes that a negotiation centered process allows parties to more productively and openly discuss their needs and concerns.  This process allows parties to more frequently reach lasting agreements.
