Mediation is the single most cost-effective means to reach mutually beneficial resolutions between disputing parties. Mediation saves time and money, and reduces stress and uncertainty in a confidential process where the participants, assisted by an impartial mediator, retain control of the outcome.

As the Principal of Jarvinen Dispute Resolution Services, I bring a unique blend of passion and insight to identify the underlying causes of conflict to help parties in dispute craft solutions that help them resolve their disputes and move forward. Above all, I honor the principle of self-determination while making it possible for the parties to benefit from the humanizing power of dialogue. To this end, I bring a wealth of experience as a neutral in the fields of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Labor-Management Relations. See, http://jarvinendisputeresolution.com
