Holly Panetta has been a trained mediator since 2002. Her practice began with the City of Fort Collins mediating landlord/tenant issues, neighborghood disputes and workplace conflict for city employees.   She was a contract mediator with the Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR) from 2005 until 2010 providing mediation services for hundreds of families in northern Colorado.  Holly accepted a position as ODR Project Manager at the Colorado State Court Administrator's Office (SCAO) in April 2010 and was subsequently appointed as Director of the Office of Dispute Resolution by the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. Holly served as ODR Director and Court Programs Manager for the SCAO until April 2016. As Court Programs Manager, Holly supervised state level program coordinators in the areas of Restorative Justice, Problem Solving Courts, Adult Diversion, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Probate. She is a faculty member at Colorado State University where she teaches classes related to Mediation, Family Law and Public Policy for the Graduate School of Social Work and the Department of Human Development & Family Studies.  Holly is a licensed attorney and a trained Restorative Justice Facilitator. She has been trained in Conflict Coaching, Early Neutral Assessment and Parenting Coordination/Decision Making. Holly's previous experience includes working as a Litigation Associate, a Child and Family Investigator, a Parenting Coordinator/Decision Maker and a Family Court Facilitator.  Holly received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2003 and is a 2016 candidate for a Master's of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University.
